While we are expanding our multilingual capabilities, services in languages other than English (e.g.Chinese, Spanish, Italy and Russian) are currently available on a request basis only. Please contact us in advance to check guide availability.

よくある質問
4名以上のグループでも予約できますか？
A: Yes. While our standard packages are for 1-3 guests, we accommodate larger groups. For 4+ guests, an additional "Group Size Adjustment Fee" applies. This allows our association to arrange a spacious, high-quality vehicle (such as a minivan) to ensure a comfortable experience.
はい、可能です。標準パッケージは1〜3名様ですが、4名様以上の場合は「グループサイズ調整費」を別途頂戴しております。これにより、協会が適切に整備された大型車両（ミニバン等）を手配し、全員がゆったりと安全に移動できる体制を整えます。
車両の使用料は別途かかりますか？
A: No. In strict compliance with Japanese transport laws, we do not charge for the vehicle itself. The tour fee is for professional guiding and consulting. Whether using a guide's private car or an association-provided vehicle, transportation costs are complimentary.
いいえ。日本の法律（道路運送法）を厳格に遵守し、車両そのものへの対価は一切いただいておりません。ツアー料金はガイドの案内と旅程コンサルティングに対するものです。ガイドの自家用車や協会手配の車両を利用する場合でも、移動に関する追加費用は発生しません。
入場料や食事代の支払いはどうなりますか？
A: Personal expenses such as entrance fees, meals, and public transport fares are to be paid directly on-site by the customer. Please kindly cover these costs for your guide as well during the tour, as per our association policy.
施設入場料、飲食代、公共交通機関の運賃などの実費は、お客様がその場で直接お支払いください。また、当協会の規定により、ツアー中のガイド分の実費についても、お客様にご負担をお願いしております。
キャンセルポリシーを教えてください。
A: Once a booking is confirmed, a 10,000 JPY non-refundable consulting fee applies. Cancellations 6 to 2 days before the tour incur a 50% fee, and 100% for cancellations made the day before or on the day of the tour.
予約確定後のキャンセルには、一律10,000円のコンサルティング料が発生します。また、ツアー実施の6日前から2日前までは50％、前日および当日は100％のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
