Terms and Conditions

Section 2: Booking and Consultation Fee / 予約とコンサルティング料

Acceptance: A non-refundable consultation fee of 10,000 JPY is incurred at the moment JAGIT sends an "Acceptance Email" in response to your booking request. （JAGITが予約リクエストに対し「受理メール」を送信した時点で、10,000円のコンサルティング料が発生します。この料金は返金不可です。）

Nature of the Fee: This fee covers the expert time and resources required to customize your itinerary and is strictly non-refundable once the booking process has started. （この料金は専門的な旅程作成に充てられるものであり、作業開始後は、いかなる理由があっても返金されません。）

Section 3: Payment and Group Pricing / お支払いとグループ料金

Full Payment: The total tour fee must be paid in full via our booking system (Bókun/Stripe) at the time of booking confirmation. （ツアー代金全額を、予約確定時に当サイトの予約システム（Bókun/Stripe）を通じてお支払いいただきます。）

Group Pricing: Our fees are based on the group size. Therefore, the presence of children does not affect the tour price within the same group. （料金はグループ人数に基づきます。そのため、同一グループ内での子供の参加による料金の変動はありません。）

Section 4: Pick-up and Travel Fee / 送迎および出張・移動費

Standard Pick-up: Pick-up within the central area of the guide's base of operations is included. （標準送迎：ガイドの拠点市街地内での送迎は料金に含まれます。）

Travel & Logistics Fee: For locations requiring significant travel from the guide’s base, an additional "Travel & Logistics Fee" will apply. The exact cost will be confirmed during the consultation process. （出張・移動費：長距離移動を伴う場所での送迎には、追加の「出張・移動費」が発生します。正確な費用はコンサルティング過程で確定します。）

Section 5: Exclusions / 料金に含まれないもの

Not Included: Entrance fees, meals/drinks for guests, hands-on experience fees, and unplanned toll roads/parking. （含まれないもの：施設入場料、お客様の飲食代、体験料、予定外の有料道路代・駐車場代。）

Note: Guides generally cover their own expenses, but voluntary offers from guests are graciously accepted. （注：ガイドの費用は原則本人が負担しますが、お客様のご厚意によるお支払いは感謝して受け入れます。）

Section 6: Cancellation Policy / キャンセルポリシー

After Booking Acceptance: 10,000 JPY (Consultation Fee). （予約受理後：10,000円）

6 to 2 days before: 50% of the total tour fee. （6日前〜2日前：代金の50%）

1 day before, day of tour, or No-show: 100% of the total tour fee. （前日、当日、または無連絡の不参加：代金の100%）

Section 7: Force Majeure (Natural Disasters) / 不可抗力

Gift Card Issue: In case of natural disasters, JAGIT will issue a transferable Bókun Gift Card (valid for 2 years) worth 10,000 JPY. Other amounts will be refunded via Stripe. （天災等による中止の場合、10,000円分の**譲渡可能なBókunギフトカード（有効期限2年）**を発行します。その他の代金は返金されます。）

Section 8: Safety and Conduct / 安全と行動規範

Safety: Seatbelts are mandatory. Children under 6 must use a safety seat. Guests must inform us of children's ages at booking. （全座席でベルト着用必須。6歳未満はチャイルドシート必須です。予約時に年齢をお知らせください。）

Lateness: If a guest is over 1 hour late without contact, it will be treated as a "No-show." （連絡なく1時間以上遅れた場合は「無連絡キャンセル」とみなします。）

Termination: Service may be terminated without refund for harassment or illegal acts. （ハラスメントや違法行為等があった場合、返金なく即座に中止する権利を有します。）

Section 9: Liability, Insurance, and Privacy / 免責、保険、プライバシー

Liability: JAGIT is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to property. Travel insurance is strongly required. （負傷や紛失に責任を負いません。海外旅行保険への加入を強く義務付けます。）

Privacy: Photos/videos will only be used for marketing with the guest's prior consent. （写真は承諾を得た場合のみ広報に使用します。）

Section 10: Governing Law / 準拠法と裁判管轄

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hakodate District Court. （本規約は日本法に準拠し、函館地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。）
